Projects – Client NPS

The purpose and overall:

 

As a company, it’s crucial for us to get feedback from our clients, which is good for us to improve our service and also helps us to grow the business.

In most of the cases, there isn’t a window for our clients to share their feedback. In order to get feedback, we have created this NPS for clients.

Below will be the rules and tips about how to execute this NPS.

 

When you should send the NPS:

 

For individual projects, we will send NPS with the key milestones, meaning when you have finished one key milestone and is planning to send fapiao&invoice, it will be the right moment to send the NPS to clients so they could still remember what have happened before and share with us their insights.

 

For retainer clients, we will send monthly to clients. Please send the NPS in the last week of each month with your weekly WIP.

 

Who you should send NPS to:

 

For now, we only send to one person per project. It would be nice to send to the person who gets the most communication with you and also whose role is quite important on the clients’ side.

 

Share two examples. For Volvo, we will send to Berry and for ALDI, we will send to Mandy.

 

How you should get your NPS:

 

Every time when you need to send NPS, please email Monice (monice@threaddesign.com.cn) and tell her the project name, she will create one specific NPS for you to send.

 

Please kindly be aware of the fact that each time you have to tell Monica and get a new one. Or else, the original data will be covered.

 

How clients should do the NPS:

 

Just scan it and follow the steps.
