THREADSTERS (creatives)

The soul of Thread. Our product.

You are a Threadster if you create or help create things;

  • User experience interface guru
  • Intern

We are all Threadsters (but some more so than others)

  • Business developers need things completed on time and on budget to make happy clients, which makes new clients, which makes money.
  • Account managers are busy and don’t have time to manage you, they are your mouth and ears, not your eyes and brain.
  • Creative leads are there to help you and ensure excellence – communicate with them and make them happy.
  • Digital people need details not guess work.
  • Project champions need data. Toggl, contact reports, schedules.
  • Creative and Research needs clear input for clear output.
  • Everyone needs coffee and chocolate.
