Leave regulations (Holidays, sick, personal)

Vacation: 

Vacations are to be taken at such times that are mutually convenient to you and the company. Vacation has to be signed off by your direct supervisor, through a form signed by both parties and handed to Monica.

 

Public holidays will go according to the stipulated official days announced by the Chinese labor authority; off-in-lieu will be given if such holidays are not consumed on the actual day.

 

Sick/Personal leave: (standard practice)

  • Unplanned personal leave is to be notified to management before office starting time (9:30AM) by private message, email or phone call. 
  • Sick days up to 5 days/year is acceptable. Personal leave comes out of vacations days.
  • Sick leave is subject to medical certificate from hospital/doctor beyond 2 days.
  • Sick days are officialized through a form provided by Monica.
